How to play Krillion
Krillion is a browser trivia dive built around unusual—but valid—answers. The current Daily Dive gives everyone the same seven prompts and 25 seconds to name one answer for each.

Your first Daily Dive
From surface to final depth
- 01
Open the official Daily Dive
Go to krillion.io. The daily set is shared, so the prompt order and day number are the same for players on that date.
- 02
Read the category exactly
Each prompt asks for one item in a category. Before chasing an obscure answer, make sure it fits every word of the prompt.
- 03
Think past the first idea
The obvious answer is often common. Use a few seconds to recall two or three valid options, then choose the least obvious one you can spell confidently.
- 04
Submit before the timer expires
The current interface uses a 25-second answer phase. A blank or unmatched entry adds no points, so leave time to type cleanly.
- 05
Read the tier and descend
Accepted answers receive a tier and score. Each point corresponds to 10 metres of projected depth; seven 100-point picks total 7,000 metres.

Answering too broadly
Specific answers can be rarer, but only if the category allows that level of detail.
Mistake 02
Forcing a clever edge case
A secure 60-point fit can be better than an obscure answer that misses the sheet.
Mistake 03
Using the whole clock to think
Reserve a few seconds for spelling and submission rather than deciding at zero.
